过了很久,男孩 hasn't bought the酱油 yet, his father says. he goes to the store and gives him money, but he gets angry when he sees that it's just there. he takes a step back, then looks down at the dirt pile on the floor, which has grown quite long.

he begins to think again, as if to say, "why didn't i get that? because I wanted to create something new" child flips his hand over and says, "i was just trying to create something new. this is going to happen."

child's father hears him, feels frustrated, yells at him, throws a rock at him, which hits the ground hard in his face. child runs away in panic, crying. he doesn't know why he's running now.

after a while, child looks back at his father and says, "i bought some vinegar yesterday. i didn't want to spend money on it because i thought that buying vinegar would be a bad idea. but i needed it anyway. the price was too high. my dad told me to buy it when I was in college." his father grows angry, sits down, throws the bottle onto the floor, and says, "why didn't you just go get some vinegar? it's on the table right now. don't be so stubborn, little boy."

child looks at his father and says, "don't worry about that. i bought all of them yesterday. and they are still there." his father says, "no one wants to spend money on vinegar anymore, does it? you know what happens when you buy something expensive like vinegar? oh well, we're just talking about that in this case."

child's father says that a few minutes ago he saw the vinegar. they are laying around the floor, with some dirt pieces stuck to them. child looks up and is confused again.

after several more moments, child's father looks back at his family and says, "i bought some wine yesterday. i didn't know what to do with it when I was in college. but since then, I've seen it everywhere I go. the price of wine has gone up a lot, so my dad said we should just give it away if we can." child's father grows angry, throws the bottle onto the floor, and says, "can you tell me what kind of wine your family is buying? i think they're just buying cheap stuff."

child says, "don't worry about that. they are living in a house next door to me. I saw it. child looks at his father again, and then he runs away, crying more.

after some time, the child has gone home again. when the father is outside with the child, child says, "i bought the vinegar yesterday and i'm buying them back. can you tell me why this is happening?" the father grows angry and throws a bottle onto the floor, saying, "you are just not getting what you need." child's father says, "don't worry about that. your father should buy these things when you're in college. they're living next to each other, so we can trade them right away."

child says, "don't talk about it anymore. i bought all of them yesterday and they are still here."

after a week, child looked back at the father again and said, "i saw the wine yesterday." he walks out and says, "they're just living next door to me. I saw you and my friend when we were playing together in the park yesterday. i heard about their house. now they are living right here."

child looks up and is confused again.

after a few more moments, child's father says, "you see what they did? they're just buying things you need to get out of your life. don't let them ruin your life anymore." child looks at his father and says, "don't worry about that. you are just buying me something to live with while I grow up. it won't matter any more."

child's father continues, saying, "if my family buys what they need to make us better, then it will be good for them too." child looks at his father and says, "i bought the wine yesterday and i'm buying them back. I want this happening to stop because I don't want me living in a house next door to my friends anymore."

child's father grows angry and throws the bottle onto the floor again, saying, "you should be careful with your money. they are just buying things you need to live with when you grow up."

child says, "don't talk about it anymore. I bought all of them yesterday and they are still here." child walks away again, crying more.

after a week, the father is outside once more, looking at the wine in his hand. he says, "you see what they did? they're just buying things you need to live with when you grow up. don't let them ruin your life anymore." child looks up and is confused again.

the father continues, saying, "don't worry about that. you are just buying me something to help me pass the time while I grow up. it won't matter any more."

(The father throws the bottle onto the floor and yells at the child.)

答案: boy and girl know that the grape root can't grow into a vine, but they still try to imagine growing it into a tree. this shows that even small thoughts can inspire creative actions.
